He has been servicing Utah commercial real estate clients, representation of buyers and clients as well as Landlord agency in purchase, leasing and Investment transactions for both retail, office and flex industrial assets. Steve has been involved with commercial real estate and development for over 38 years with duties as management, development, leasing, acquisition and sell of assets. Over Steve’s course of careers he has been involved in 4 million sf of developed and leased projects worth over $2 Billion.
Steve partnered with ACME Commercial after 26 years of commercial brokerage in Utah, 15 years as a corporate director of real estate and development in the USA with International venues and 7 years in resort hotel development . Steve’s experience grows from his dedication to clients of all types and size. Top awards and known as leader in the commercial business, complements his full service offerings. He also enjoys being an entrepreneur with his wife in retail businesses for 38 years.
