Bio
A 17-year veteran of the mortgage banking industry, Steve Kundert has been involved in the origination, analysis and placement of over $7 billion of capital across more than 450 transactions. He has strong relationships across the entire capital spectrum of and has built a high level of trust with both institutional and private investors as he applies his pragmatic and analytical approach to each transaction.
Mr. Kundert is an active member of both the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, for which he serves as a Chicago Area Market Representative; and the International Council of Shopping Centers, for which he has previously served in various leadership roles and committees. Steve received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
