Steve specializes in providing a fully integrated array of services to Landlords and Tenants of Industrial properties including warehouse & manufacturing facilities, R&D, and land. Services include strategic planning, site selection, build-to-suit opportunities, industrial sales and leasing, investment sales and property valuations.
Prior to joining TRI Commercial, Steve was most recently with Cassidy Turley Northern California where he assisted Landlords and Tenants in the acquisition and disposition of their properties. Previously Steve was with Buzz Oates Real Estate for nearly ten years responsible for the marketing, sales & leasing of an industrial portfolio in excess of 2.5 million square feet.
