Mr. Schwegman is an industrial specialist and responsible for overseeing the growth of the Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions practice in Indianapolis. He has extensive experience in the areas of site selection, corporate client transactions, agency leasing, build-to-suit developments, surplus property dispositions and investment sales. Mr. Schwegman has maintained very active status in both supply chain and real estate industry associations including establishing the Indianapolis WERCouncil since 2002.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Schwegman was a Principal of Meridian Real Estate. In addition, he has also been a senior associate with Trammell Crow Company. A real estate professional since 1997, he has closed more than $750 million in transactions and has served, among others, KTR Capital, OHL, First Industrial Realty Trust, Yusen Logistics, and Prologis.
