Steven Bouffard is Pure Industrial’s Vice President, Asset Management, responsible for maximizing our portfolio’s value and return on investments by developing and overseeing the execution of asset business plans that are in alignment with the company’s strategy. Steven joined Pure Industrial in 2022 and has 15 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Pure Industrial, Steven was Executive Director, Office and Industrial Leasing at Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust and earlier worked as General Manager, Commercial Operations at CAPREIT and Leasing Manager at GM Développement. and a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMI. He is also actively involved in the real estate community as President of the Quebec Regional Council and an Executive Board Member of the Urban Development Institute of Quebec.
