Steve Condie has over 25 years of real estate, banking and finance experience; this knowledge is a powerful contributor to his well-established career. Mr. Condie specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial properties and is also uniquely involved in subdivision application and entitlement processes. His extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate allows him to effectively communicate with his client which ultimately guides them to make the best decision for their business.
Building Mr. Condie’s diverse background, he has experienced and successfully worked through two major financial crises. The first being the 1970s Savings and Loan Crisis and the second being the recent “Great Recession” within the commercial real estate industry. Living, experiencing and coming out on top of these challenging times provides great knowledge and expertise to assist his client’s needs.
Mr. Condie was a founding partner of Newmark Grubb ACRES and had been a concrete part of its growth from conception until its acquisiton by Newmark in 2019. During his 20 years with Newmark Grubb ACRES, Mr. Condie was consistently recognized as one of the firm’s top producers, winning awards that included Latest Transaction, Most Transactions and Number One Transaction Producer.
Mr. Condie has a passion for the commercial real estate industry and continues to practice as an industrial street broker assisting both tenants and landlords with their real estate assignments. His day-to-day business consists of focusing on the representation of distribution landlords and tenants, as well as specializing in the sale or leasing of trucking facilities and properties with yard space for equipment services and construction-rated industries.
During the course of Mr. Condie’s career he has been involved in numerous REO assignments for various banks and private lenders throughout the country.
