Bio
Steven Corwin, M.D. joined Conejo–Simi Eye Medical Group in 2016, bringing with him nearly three decades of experience as an ophthalmologist and eye surgeon in Atlanta, Georgia. A New Jersey native, he completed his undergraduate studies at Lehigh University in just two years and went on to earn his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Corwin completed his Ophthalmology residency at Yale University, followed by fellowship training in Cornea and External Eye Diseases at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. He later trained in LASIK at the Emory University Refractive Eye Surgery Center in Atlanta, where he remained on staff for several years and participated in multiple clinical studies. Throughout his career, he has improved the vision of thousands of patients through LASIK and no-stitch, no-patch laser cataract surgery, helping them remain active in the sports and hobbies they love.
Having undergone LASIK himself and living with dry eye disease, Dr. Corwin brings both clinical expertise and personal perspective to patient care. He maintains a special interest in dry eye and has dedicated a significant portion of his practice to diagnosing, treating, and managing this condition.
