Steven is responsible for directing the company’s transaction and financing initiatives and continued expansion of the company’s real estate portfolio. Steven develops operating strategies to maximize the portfolio’s financial value and oversees all aspects of the company’s day to day operations and execution of strategies for the company’s portfolio. Steven manages the company’s investment underwriting, due diligence and financial reporting activities in addition to maintaining investor interactions.
Prior to Stonegate Steven worked at AIG’s Global Real Estate Group. Steven directed the company’s real estate acquisition and underwriting group. He was also responsible for all quarterly financial reporting responsibilities for the company’s $30 Billion Global Real Estate portfolio.
