Mr. Rutman is a Director in the New York office of HFF with extensive experience in commercial real estate including investment sales, equity placement and
debt.
Mr. Rutman joined the firm in December 2013. Prior to HFF, he was an Associate at
Marcus & Millichap specializing in the sale of multi-housing assets in the Mid-Atlantic
region of the United States. Prior to his departure, his team was the highest producing
multi-housing team in the Mid-Atlantic region for the firm closing more than 3,000 multihousing
units annually.
