Steven Saginor joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2017 and currently serves as a Vice President based in the Boca Raton, Florida office. As an experienced appraiser, Saginor is a member of the Industrial Specialty Practice, focusing on valuation and various consulting assignments for individual, corporate and institutional clients. His assignments have included appraisals, feasibility analysis, market rent studies and portfolio valuation. While his primary practice area focuses within the Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties, he works state-wide, having appraised over $1 billion worth of real estate. Saginor has a diverse portfolio of expertise including: industrial, retail, office, net-leased, mixed- and special-use properties. In addition, he has provided research assistance on assignments in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
Prior to joining Newmark, Saginor worked as a Valuation Associate for CBRE in Boca Raton, Florida, gaining experience on multiple property types. He has also worked at The Keyes Company in Brickell, Miami as a commercial realtor specializing in industrial type properties. Furthermore, Saginor has worked for Centennial Management Corporation, a full service real estate company headquartered in Miami Lakes, supporting the executive team with asset management and tenant leasing.
