As Vice President of Real Estate Development, Senior Living, Steve is instrumental in leading new business efforts in and facilitating teams through all aspects of the senior living development process. His responsibilities include managing partner relationships and opportunities, as well as leadership of project site and design efforts, assessing potential sites, leading the formulation of budgets for analysis and managing the negotiation of associated legal documents. Given aging demographics and the changing housing needs of his own parents, Steve considers it his calling to support the growing importance of senior living development.
