Stuart is the President & Managing Principal of Anderson Commercial Real Estate, a firm specializing in industrial, office, retail, and land sales and leasing for both improved and unimproved properties, serving a diverse clientele of investors and users. Under his leadership, Anderson Commercial has successfully completed hundreds of lease and sales transactions totaling millions of square feet.
Stuart began his career at The Carey Winston Company in March 1988 and has brought a wealth of experience to his current role. Before joining Carey Winston, he worked as a project manager for a local defense contractor and served as a comptroller for a computer supplies firm in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
A distinguished professional, Stuart was awarded the Commercial Sales Winner title in 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing and an MBA in Finance, both from James Madison University.
