As Managing Director for the Portland market, Sue Iggulden oversees leasing and management services for a portfolio totaling almost 5.4 million square feet of office, retail and industrial product. She joined CB Richard Ellis with the company's mid-2003 acquisition of Insignia/ESG.
With Insignia, Ms. Iggulden managed more than 4 million square feet of space in the Oregon and southern Washington portfolio. She has managed more than 3.5 million square feet in the Portland/Vancouver marketplace and has leased more than 1.3 million square feet of industrial, office and flex space as well as more than 100,000 square feet of retail. Her portfolios have included Class A and B office, business park, R&D flex, corporate facilities, high cube industrial, retail, mixed-use developments and historically designated buildings.
Her work on behalf of clients has developed many long-term professional relationships with clients seeking to grow portfolios in the northwest markets. She has successfully managed for all types of ownership entities, including individuals, limited partnerships, and institutions such as Principal Financial Group, Invesco, McMorgan & Company, Washington Capital Management, St. Paul Properties, The Travelers, Washington Mutual, The Benaroya Co. and various Union Pension Trust Funds.
