Susan Scott, a licensed broker in Kansas and Missouri, is the Sr Vice President at Select Sites. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate across all asset classes, Susan specializes in retail landlord representation, land, historic redevelopment, and nonprofit partnerships. While maintaining a strong focus on Kansas City's urban core, she is expanding her team’s presence into South Johnson County, driven by its growth, and Miami County, where she resides.
Passionate about mentoring and community involvement, Susan actively supports organizations such as KC Urban Core Group, Job One KC, and Always and Furever Midwest Animal Sanctuary. Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, she has lived in the Kansas City area since 1992. A wife of over 30 years and proud mom of two, including a Navy veteran, Susan balances her professional success with time spent with her family and their dog. A certified scuba diver, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and advocating for Kansas City.
