Taylor Starnes is a Vice President, Acquisitions – Central Region, for CapRock Partners. Taylor leads CapRock’s acquisition efforts in the Central Region where he focuses on existing value-add industrial asset acquisitions and sourcing industrial development opportunities across the State of Texas. Prior to joining CapRock, Taylor was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield within the national industrial capital markets division and based in Dallas-Fort Worth. During his nearly 8 years at Cushman & Wakefield Taylor transacted on more than $5.0 Billion of industrial investment sales as well as facilitating joint venture equity placements representing more than 65.0 million square feet across Texas and the U.S. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield he was a Senior Associate at Hillwood in Dallas. Taylor started his professional career at KPMG as a certified public accountant in the audit practice of KPMG’s Dallas office and is a licensed CPA.
