Terence Bundy is responsible for the selection, due diligence, financial evaluation, structuring, negotiating and closing of industrial investments nationwide. Since joining GID, Terence has been involved in the acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management of GID’s industrial and multi-family co-investment and wholly-owned funds. Prior to joining GID, Terence was a Vice President of Commercial Loan Sale Advisory at Mission Capital Advisors and a CMBS Securitization Analyst at both Merrill Lynch and Deloitte.
