As First Vice President and a member of the Capital Markets Investment Properties team, Terry’s responsibilities include marketing team assignments, investment underwriting, coordination of the due diligence and closing process as well as oversight of marketing materials. Since joining CBRE, Terry has participated in sales transactions of more than 46 million square feet and approximately $2.5 billion in sales volume. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Prior to joining CBRE, Terry was controller for a regional real estate development and investment company and a senior tax consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
