Terry Wirth is an Executive Vice President of Colliers Eastside office located in Bellevue, Washington. Since 1975, Wirth has been involved in most aspects of the real estate business, including office leasing and sales, investment brokerage, general construction and multi-family development. Mr. Wirth was also the former president of the Washington State chapter of SIOR.
For the last 25 years Wirth has been in charge of site selection for Costco Wholesale’s distribution network in North America. Wirth’s success at Colliers has been reflected in his re-occurring national and local top producer status for nearly every year since 1982.
