Thomas joined the Baker Katz team in May of 2022. As a broker, Thomas is responsible for leasing Baker Katz’s portfolio along with tenant representation for a variety of retail clients.
Prior to starting at Baker Katz, Thomas worked at Ironbridge Realty Partners in Houston as a senior associate. His responsibilities included leasing a portfolio of over 1,100,000 square feet of retail product in the Houston MSA. Thomas’ clients ranged from institutional owners such as North American Development Group, Westwood Financial and Kimco to a few of the most highly regarded regional developers such as Gulf Coast Commercial, Edifis Group and Stratus Properties.
Thomas earned his bachelor’s degree from University of Texas at Austin where he majored in political science with a minor in business. Outside of work, Thomas lives in Houston where he enjoys golf, University of Texas sports and spending time with family and friends.
