A graduate of the University of Missouri, Tom began his career with Hormel Foods, gaining experience across Kansas City, Boston, Minneapolis, and Cincinnati. He later joined Learfield Sports before returning to Missouri to help launch the Fairfield by Marriott in Warrensburg—marking his entry into the family’s hospitality business.
