Thomas McPherson serves as an Advisor for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the disposition and acquisition of income-producing multifamily property in the Phoenix metro area.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Thomas served 5 years with the US Navy attached to a USMC unit out of CampPendleton, CA as a Navy Fleet Marine Force Corpsman. After honorable discharge from the military in 2008, he transitioned to commercial real estate as a principal and broker. Upon arrival to Phoenix, Thomas began working with Axxiom Partners, a local brokerage specializing in multifamily transactions. Late 2009 the entire Axxiom Partners Multi-Family Team integrated with Sperry Van Ness as agents and partners in the Phoenix office.
Along with his broker activities, Thomas is involved with several charitable organizations including Wounded Warriors & Red Cross. He is an outdoor enthusiast and experienced traveler, having been to over 30 countries. A certified SCUBA diver, private pilot, and sailor, he is always seeking life's next great challenge.
