Bio
Thomas began his real estate career in 2004. Prior to becoming a real estate and mortgage broker, Thomas worked at residential and commercial brokerages enabling deep insight into both real estate fields. Thomas has extensive experience in finance; specializing in trust deed investments as well as originating residential loans, commercial loans, SBA 7a and 504 loans. In the property management area, Thomas managed a portfolio of over 240 apartment units.
Thomas is a graduate of U.C. Irvine with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and an honorably retired U.S. Army combat veteran with 24 years of military service.
