Thomas Ranck is an Associate with Lee & Associates – Atlanta, where he focuses on providing brokerage services within the industrial real estate sector. He began his career with Lee & Associates as a Research Intern in the summer of 2024, where he supported the brokerage team with market research, data analysis, and property evaluations. That experience sparked his interest in the industrial market and laid the foundation for his transition into a full-time role with the firm.
Thomas earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University, graduating Magna Cum Laude majoring in Finance and Business Analytics. During his time at Auburn, he developed a strong background in financial modeling, data-driven decision making, and market strategy—skills he will apply in his brokerage career. He also holds his Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License.
An Atlanta native, Thomas is excited to be building his career in his home city, contributing to its continued growth and development. In his role with Lee & Associates, he looks forward to representing both tenants and landlords, while building lasting client relationships and delivering value through thoughtful market insight and execution.
