For 30+ years Tim Brennan has been a retail broker in the Carolinas, representing both National and Regional retailers in their multi-market development strategies. As a native Charlottean and a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, he has strong roots in the Carolinas and a comprehensive depth of market knowledge.
Tim built his business through representation of retailers of all sizes and real estate requirements. Working as an extension of our client’s real estate departments, he has excellent relations with retailers in most every category – directly or indirectly – and has concluded over 100 transactions throughout both Carolinas for corporations such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s, Home Depot and Target.
In addition, Tim has assisted many National and Regional developers in the pre-leasing of many large, power centers throughout the Carolinas. His involvement was instrumental in getting many of these projects off the ground.
