Tim has over 25 years’ experience in commercial property consultancy.
He specialises in the retail and leisure sectors and has in depth knowledge of High Streets, Shopping Centres and Leisure Developments across the South Coast.
Over the years he has provided advice on numerous shopping centres and high street blocks, asset managing and adding value through development.
Tim is keen to understand retail and leisure occupiers trading requirements to ensure that successful result is achieved for all parties.
In his spare time Tim is a keen tennis player competing in Hampshire & Portsmouth Leagues, he also enjoys road cycling and traveling with his family.
