Bio
Tim joined Oxenwood in November 2022. He is responsible for asset management and leasing as well as assisting with sales, acquisitions and developments across Oxenwood's joint-venture portfolios. Prior to joining Oxenwood Tim spent four years at M7 Real Estate/Mileway within the asset management team and has worked on national and more recently, with Southeast of England multi-let and single let industrial space.
Tim is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a BSc (Hons) in Planning and Development from Nottingham Trent University.
