Tim Weitzel began his commercial real estate career in Washington, D.C., as a senior associate with Lincoln Property Company, where he oversaw leasing and new business development efforts for a 3.5 million-square-foot mixed-use portfolio. Most recently, he led a team within Ernst & Young Parthenon's real estate transaction advisory and valuation practice. In this role, he directed large-scale feasibility studies for development land assets and managed the acquisition process for existing buildings on behalf of a variety of clients, including REITs, private equity firms, pension funds, developers, and public entities.
Mr. Weitzel graduated from Wake Forest University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and minors in Entrepreneurship and Social Enterprise (ESE) and Communications.
