Tim Healy joined Holladay Properties in 2000 to lead development activity in the Northwest Indiana and Chicago markets, where he spent 17 years leading the Portage office and overseeing more than $400 million of new developments, including business parks, hotels, commercial and medical offices, and more than 1,000,000 square feet of industrial facilities. In 2017, Tim was promoted to Chief Operating Office for Holladay Properties, a new position whose duties include oversight of Human Resources and Benefits, IT, as well as facility needs throughout the company. He also provides valuable assistance to Holladay's investor relations, reporting processes, and capital management.
