Timothy Watkins is a Hospitality and Hotel property specialist with the Allred Hotel Group based out of Reno, Nevada at Marcus & Millichap.
Prior to joining the team and Marcus & Millichap in 2013, Timothy received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance & Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno. He was previously employed with Bank of America as a Vice President charged with helping to manage an investment portfolio of just over $11.5 billion (USD).
Timothy brings all of his knowledge of business operations and investment analysis to the table for the team, for Marcus & Millichap, and more importantly for his clients. Timothy is an exceptionally driven, and highly motivated individual that truly enjoys providing only the best services for his clients.
In his spare time, Tim enjoys cooking, everything about the outdoors and, of course, a love for driving and maintaining his ever-growing collection of classic BMWs.
