Todd Cook was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2014. Mr. Cook joined Northern Property REIT in November 2006 as Vice President, Finance, and became Chief Financial Officer on May 1, 2007. He moved into the position of Executive Vice President of Northern Property REIT in 2011 before being appointed President & Chief Operating Officer in January 2013. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Calgary based TGS North American REIT which was purchased by a subsidiary of The Great-West Life Assurance Company in June, 2006. He possesses a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1993.
