Todd loves the challenge of helping people achieve their goals and finding creative ways to make the whole process more successful and enjoyable. Ideally, he likes to spend a great deal of time before starting to learn about a buyer’s wants and needs, what makes a seller love their home, and most of all, discussing the process - showings, offers, preapprovals, legal issues moving tips - and assembling your team so that when the process starts.
He has often been called "the Realtor's Realtor" chosen by other real estate professionals and company owners to sell their properties. His goal is helping you home . . . finding your ideal home, buyer, commercial space or investment, and then being your advisor from beginning to end. Real estate is as much about people and their dreams as it is about buildings and houses!
