With a career spanning over two decades in commercial real estate, Todd possesses a remarkable track record in overseeing various federal requirements for his clients totaling an impressive 2 million square feet nationwide.
Todd joined Cresa after a successful tenure as Managing Director at Newmark where he formed the federal government services group and secured a landmark 575,000-square-foot build-to-suit project for the National Cancer Institute’s new headquarters in Rockville, Maryland. He brings an exceptional wealth of federal lease and acquisition experience to spearhead Cresa’s own Government Services practice group.
