Bio
Todd is a graduate of St. Norbert College, De Pere, Wisconsin, with a degree in Business Administration and Finance minor. He joined Milwaukee Investment Realty in 1998 as a licensed salesperson with a focus on selling multi-family apartment buildings and quickly became the company's top producing salesperson year after year. After great success in this area, and in an effort to broaden his knowledge of the investment real estate market and help clients to diversify portfolios, Todd began brokering transactions in the commercial area with such properties as retail centers, office buildings, land developments, condominium conversions and single tenant properties. Todd became Vice President of Sales, and the Sales Manager in 2004, and has developed a very broad base of real estate investor clientele putting a very strong emphasis on personal, professional service. Todd is a very strong believer in the financial benefits of owning investment real estate, owns several apartment buildings, and uses his hands on experience to assist both new investors and existing clients with their properties. Todd has established relationships with Commercial Real Estate Lenders, Attorneys and Title Companies, in an effort to make transactions go as smooth as possible. He has completed over$100 million dollars in real estate transactions, including 87 and 60 unit complexes in Milwaukee, 116 units in Wausau, 60 units in Kenosha, 84 units in Sheboygan, along with a Sears store, Walgreens Center, and a condo conversion in Wauwatosa.
