Todd Platt serves as Chief Executive Officer of Hillwood, where he leads all of the company's industrial, residential, and investment business in locations outside of AllianceTexas and Hillwood Urban. In this role, he oversees the strategic direction of a broad national real estate platform spanning industrial, residential, and investment activities.
Todd began his industrial real estate career in the Dallas/Fort Worth market in 1981 and joined Hillwood in 1999. Since joining the firm, he has been involved in sale/lease and development transactions valued at more than $20 billion.
