Todd Stracci is an Executive Managing Director in JLL’s New York Corporate Advisory Services group with a concentration in representing tenants in the media/technology and financial industries.
Todd has over 17 years experience in the commercial real estate markets of New York City. He has represented an array of clients, including 35 Ventures, Coinbase, IAC, Millennium Capital Management, Cadwalader, Odyssey Reinsurance and Robert Half International. He has also represented numerous owners, including RXR, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Savanna, and Hines.
Prior to joining JLL, Todd spent 15 years at Newmark where he was the co-head of their Downtown NYC office.
