Todd Torok is a Managing Director on JLL’s Industrial Capital Markets team, based out of the Chicago office. Todd’s leadership role on the team is focused on working with local and national clients to provide expertise in the execution of Industrial and Office investment sale projects throughout the Chicago markets and across the Midwest.
Todd has been active in the industrial capital markets for over 12 years, allowing him to gain his expertise through acquisition and disposition transaction services.
Over the course of his career, Todd has closed transactions in excess of $1.5 billion of investment property nationwide. Todd’s successful career has garnered a reputation for exceeding expectations and providing immediate value for all clients.
Todd focuses on projects within the $5 to $50 million size range including single asset and portfolio transactions. Todd has an extensive track record of successful closings for the assignments he has undertaken as privately negotiated sales and as competitively bid, open market offerings.
As part of the JLL Industrial Capital Markets Group, Todd provides transactional services, financial analysis, asset review, marketing, strategy development and due diligence services for all types of industrial real estate nationwide.
