Tom Farmer has been an active Commercial Real Estate Broker in the South Florida market since 2005, specializing in landlord representation for property owners and institutional clients. Tom also represents select occupiers, advising on site selection, strategic planning and occupancy cost saving initiatives.
Prior to joining Team Kingsley-Rutchik at Colliers, Tom was Senior Director at Franklin Street, after working as a Senior Associate for CBRE’s Brokerage Services division, providing strategic planning, tenant representation, acquisitions, and dispositions to local and institutional Landlords as well as office occupiers across South Florida. Tom formulated and implemented comprehensive leasing strategies for more than one million square feet of office properties.
Tom was a member of two National Champion Miami Hurricane Baseball teams (1991 and 2001) and was selected by the Detroit Tigers in the seventh round of the 2001 Major League Baseball draft. He also experienced a successful five-year career as a professional pitcher for the Detroit Tigers and the Los Angeles Dodgers organizations.
