As President of The Gibson Company, Mr. Gibson has over 35 years of active experience in commercial/industrial real estate. His expertise, both in consulting and transactional services, has resulted in completed business with total project values well in excess of $1 Billion representing such clients as General Electric Corporation, United Airlines, Johnson & Johnson, United Technologies, Combustion Engineering, Otis Elevator Company and Carrier Corporation.
Prior to forming his own company, Mr. Gibson was Senior Manager in Real Estate Consulting at E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group. He also served as Senior Vice President/Regional Manager of Southern California for Marcus & Millichap Corporate Real Estate Services Co. as well as Vice President/Regional Manager of Iliff, Thorn & Company - Orange County. For several years he served on Iliff, Thorn''s Board of Directors. He is a contributing writer of real estate related articles to both The Daily Pilot and Professional Reports (an SIOR national publication).
