With 18 years of experience, Tom Juenger joined Carmel Partners in 2014 as Vice President, Land Acquisitions and is in charge of land acquisition for development of multifamily and mixed-use projects. He evaluates zoning for preliminary design, outlines the steps of the entitlement process, and performs property level and market due diligence.
Prior to joining Carmel, Mr. Juenger worked for SRM Development in Seattle, where he was in charge of acquiring and developing multifamily properties across the entire west coast.
Mr. Juenger graduated from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations and also earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California.
