Bio
With 20 years of experience in the commercial property sector, Tom qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008, whilst at The Ashtenne Industrial Fund. He later joined Hansteen Holdings plc where he led the Wales & South West Asset Management Team, focusing on asset management, portfolio sales and acquisitions.
Tom left Hansteen in 2014 to set up Willowford Asset Management, a multi-let industrial (MLI) asset management consultancy and has since managed assets for Associated British Ports (ABP), Dunedin/Brockton Capital, Industrials REIT and Ribston. In 2018, Willowford merged with Jenkins Best, bringing together services they were previously independently providing to mutual clients. Tom continues his asset management role, along with lease advisory and investment work, as well as supplementing the Jenkins Best agency team.
