Tom has built an extensive and diverse career in operations, logistics, and real estate development spanning over three decades. He currently serves as Co-Founder of Franklin Property and Development Group, a role he has held since 2003, where he continues to lead strategic initiatives in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. Concurrently, Tom holds a key leadership position as Director of Distribution Center Field Operations at The Global Group, a global furniture manufacturer, where since 2007 he has overseen warehousing, logistics, and vendor management strategies across all distribution center facilities. Prior to these roles, Tom served as Vice President at both Franklin Property & Development and Global Industries Sun Coast, Inc., demonstrating his longstanding expertise in corporate leadership and regional operations. His earlier career includes time in distribution services in New Jersey and as President and Co-Owner of O'Shannon's Home & Hardware, Inc., reflecting his entrepreneurial roots and operational acumen.
