In 1989, Tony moved to Dayton, Ohio with Kimco Realty running the Development and Management for the Midwest Region covering five states. Kimco’s Midwest Region grew from a private company of 4 million square feet to 11 million square feet and went public in 1992. In 1996 he returned to St. Louis, Missouri to join Walpert Properties as Vice President. Tony played an instrumental role in Walpert Properties growth from 1.1 million square feet in two states to over 6 million square feet in 12 states.
In September, 2005, Tony opened TB Realty & Development. Tony, Owner of TB Realty & Development has worked with high profile clients such as Shop n’ Save, JoAnn Fabrics, IHOP, Walgreens, Home Depot, Kroger Company, OfficeMax, and Battery Handling Systems on their development needs and opportunities.
