Anthony D. Whitmarsh is the Owner and Chief Appraiser of A.D. Whitmarsh Appraisal, based in San Marcos, California. He has over three decades of experience providing real estate valuation services for residential, commercial, and special-use properties. Whitmarsh began his appraisal career in 1989 and founded A.D. Whitmarsh Appraisal in 2004, building a reputation for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant appraisal reports for lenders, attorneys, and private clients.
He holds a Certified General Appraiser license in California (Credential ID AG018113) and maintains full compliance with the Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB) standards. His expertise spans a wide range of valuation scenarios, including estate planning, tax appeals, litigation support, and complex commercial property assessments. Whitmarsh has completed advanced coursework in income capitalization, quantitative analysis, and specialized property types such as hospitality, self-storage, and fast-food facilities.
