Tracy Li, CCIM, is a proven, detail-oriented real estate advisor specializing in the investment, leasing, and development of industrial, office, and retail properties throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. As a licensed Texas realtor for nearly a decade, Tracy has held key positions, including serving as an industrial specialist at SVN International Commercial and a retail specialist at Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates.
In addition to her CCIM designation, Tracy brings nearly 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, sales, and finance, including years running a furniture business, as well as experience as a corporate accountant with JP Morgan Chase and other major firms. She has earned her BS with Honors in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas, and is a qualified candidate for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
Tracy is a recognized leader in the real estate industry, currently serving as the 2023-2024 International Chair of the North Texas CCIM Chapter, a board member of the CCIM National International Committee, the 2024 Commercial Chair of AREAA National, and the 2024 Senior Vice President of the US Chinese Chamber of Commerce Dallas-Fort Worth. She previously served as the President of the AREAA Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter (2021-2022).
