Bio
As Senior Leasing Associate, Travis is responsible for representing BremnerDuke Healthcare Real Estate in the leasing of many of the company's wholly-owned development projects and has earned the role of the strategic real estate advisor to St.Francis Hospital and Health Centers throughout Central Indiana. Travis also represents two of the country’s largest healthcare REIT’s in a leasing and brokerage capacity for their Indianapolis portfolio’s totaling over 1.2 million square feet of medical office and hospital developments.
Travis was recently selected to be on the St. Francis Hospital Foundation’s Board of Directors and is the youngest person ever to be given that honor. He was also a 2008 Finalist for Indy's Best and Brightest, an award given to central Indiana’s most outstanding young professionals.
Travis joined BremnerDuke in 2002, as part of the Property Management team, which gives him a thorough understanding of the real estate needs of physician practice groups and other valued clients. To date, he has been involved in all aspects of the industry with a focus on the leasing, disposition and acquisition of medical office properties. His leasing expertise includes the areas of pre-development, pre-leasing, market analysis, leasing, and owner and tenant relations.
