Trent J. Thoms (S) CCIM, MBA is a Managing Director Investments in Marcus & Millichap's Industrial, Land & Investment Services Divisions and brings 24 years of experience to the firm. Trent received his bachelor's degree in business from the University of Hawaii at Hilo. He then went on to work in the commercial real estate finance industry in New York City for one of the top commercial mortgage brokerage companies in the U.S. while attending New York University's Real Estate Institute and earning a graduate degree in real estate. Upon returning to Hawaii, Trent obtained his M.B.A. at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Trent has since become one of the top commercial real estate producers in Hawaii having closed more than $604M in sales transactions and leased more than 2 M sq. ft. of commercial real estate on Oahu. During his career, Mr. Thoms has been named a repeat top producer at the two largest commercial real estate firms in Hawaii.
