Tristan Glover joined Zeller in 2004. As Principal, he oversees approximately 1.5 million square feet of office space in Indianapolis, Indiana. During his tenure at Zeller, Tristan has been involved in the marketing, leasing and acquisition of numerous properties totaling over 6 million square feet within the Indianapolis and Denver markets. Prior to taking over leadership of the Indianapolis market, Tristan spent two years actively expanding Zeller’s presence in Denver. As the Market Leader in Indianapolis, Tristan has been instrumental in repositioning the firm’s traditional assets to appeal to the next generation of workers.
Tristan graduated from DePauw University with a BA in Economics. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Indiana. He currently serves as President of BOMA Indianapolis as part of the Board of Directors and heads the legislative committee. In 2016, he was recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal as one of the City’s top “40 Under 40.”
