Prior to becoming a full-time realtor for the last six years (during which he has sold over 230 properties), He managed and promoted over 100 events. These events ranged from charity concerts for professional athletes like Scottie Scheffler with Toby Mac and Bubba Watson with Rascal Flatts, to national tours featuring artists like MercyMe, Skillet, Lecrae, and more. He had also served as the National Director of Marketing for two local companies and had hosted and spoken at breakout sessions on branding at business conferences.
In 2024, Tug co-founded Unicent Marketing and Management with Frank Cage of Cage Design Studios. Based in Lima, Ohio, Unicent is a full-service marketing company designed to help individuals and businesses amplify their reach through strategic branding, event management, and creative marketing solutions.
Tug's family consists of his wife Heather, daughters Morgan and Reese, son Tanner, and bonus daughters Cora, and Abby.
