Across real estate and SMBs, he has been involved in over $50 million in transactions on both the principal and advisory side, including direct acquisitions, exits, and work inside a single-family office. That experience taught him how to build deal flow from scratch, underwrite accurately, manage lean diligence processes, and take full responsibility for outcomes.
On the operating side, he has acquired and run trades-based businesses with eight-figure revenue and meaningful EBITDA, focusing on financial controls, pricing, job costing, labor management, and systems. The goal has always been the same: improve cash flow, strengthen the business, and create options for clean, financeable exits.
On the advisory and brokerage side, he has represented investors in commercial, industrial, and multifamily transactions, structured 1031 exchanges, sourced off-market opportunities, and navigated complex escrows. That work sharpened his ability to control a process, communicate clearly with all parties, and keep deals moving to closing.
Today, his focus is SME M&A, entrepreneurship-through-acquisition, and value creation inside blue-collar companies.
