Tyler Anderson is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 10 years of experience. As Director of Dispositions at Big V Property Group, he is responsible for the evaluation, planning, and execution of shopping center and outparcel asset dispositions. In addition, Tyler assists with implementing the Big V Income Fund’s acquisition and investment strategy.
Prior to joining Big V Property Group, Tyler was an investment sales broker at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in retail property disposition throughout the Southeast. He has amassed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions, representing a diverse range of clients from small private equity firms to large institutions.
Tyler earned his BBA in Management and MBA from Georgia College & State University and currently resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and 2 sons. Born and raised in the city, he is a lifelong Atlanta sports fan and enjoys catching games, traveling, and cooking in his spare time.
